RETURNS

Coffee

Since all coffee beans are roasted to order, we are unable to provide returns, refunds or exchanges on any coffee orders.

But please feel free to reach out to us at nosleeproastery@gmail.com if there are any issues with your freshly roasted beans...we'd like to know about them.

Merchandise

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or has a manufacturing error.

For our merchandise, we use a print-on-demand system, which means that all products are unique and produced only once ordered. 

This also means that returns and exchanges are not supported if you ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed your mind (it happens).

We have a 21-day return policy on merchandise orders, which means you have 21 days after receiving your item to request a return for a damaged product or a manufacturing error. Please get in touch with our team at nosleeproastery@gmail.com and attach a clear photo showing the issue of the unworn or unused product. 

If your return request is accepted and meets the criteria above, we’ll process your item through our return system. There is no need to return your damaged item. We will send you a reprint.

Additionally, any item sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
No exchanges will be made (see above print-on-demand system).

REFUNDS
We will notify you once we've received your email and let you know if a refund is warranted. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
