Is whole bean or ground coffee better? What do I get in my order?  

Whole bean is always going to be the preferred method of purchase due to freshness. Currently, we only sell whole bean coffees and recommend grinding the beans prior to each brew to ensure the freshest cup possible.

Can I buy a particular roast year round? 

Current coffee selection is dependent primarily on the harvest season. Coffees are harvested in certain seasons, this makes it hard to stock a popular coffee out of season. That being said, we do our best to stay on top of your favorites :)

Is there a coffee subscription option? 

Of course! We'd love to be your monthly coffee supplier. Head on over to this link and choose a coffee, then select your subscription type.

When will my coffee be roasted? 

All coffee is hand-roasted to order. Delivering the freshest possible roast to customers is something we are dedicated to. Wait times may be slightly higher due to this roast method. Let’s be honest though, would you rather have an “okay” bag of coffee that ships right away? Or a bag of fresh, hand-roasted coffee that is UNIQUELY roasted for each order? We all know the answer to that!
